4-week Maintenance Program (transition phase out of coaching program)
The 4-week Maintenance Program is for people that have completed and are transitioning out of a coaching program. It is a great way to test the waters and slowly move into your new life as the best version of you. Our 45-60 minutes coaching sessions are spread over a 3-month period of time, providing just enough guidance as you embark on living your desired and intentional life. If you are interested in investing in a 3-month Maintenance Program, this is how it would be scheduled:
Two-week follow-up from last coaching session
Four-week follow-up from last coaching session
Six-week follow-up from last coaching session
Ten-week follow-up from last coaching session
